Cheesy Basil Dip
- 8oz. favorite cream cheese – softened (we used whipped) *Neufchatel is great with this.
- ¼ cup of Papa Solis “Do the Dance” Salsa (or more to your liking)
- ¼ cup of minced fresh basil (or more to your liking)
Mix all the ingredients together with a beater till incorporated. Taste and then adjust your to your “heat” preference with Papa Solis Salsa. You can serve right away or let the flavors intensify overnight in the refrigerator. You might need to let soften a bit prior to serving.
Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, wraps and jalapeno poppers.
