One of the favorite dishes of “Papa” Frank Solis and our family. This was especially favorite as Sunday After Church fare.

3.5 +- lbs Pork Stew Meat

1/4 cup fajita seasoning (mix garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin)

2 tbsp Spanish Style paprika

1 tbsp lemon pepper

2 tbsp chicken boullion

1/2 cut water

2 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup Papa Solis “Do The Dance” Hot Salsa

Mix all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on High for 2+- hours until meat is moist, soft and tender. Alternatively, pan sear meat in large frying pan until lightly browned, add all other ingredients and simmer over medium heat stirring frequently until meat is moist, soft and tender. If it appears to become too dry and small amounts of water.
