Returns / Exchange Policy
Your safety is very important to us and since our products are food items, and we cannot guarantee the safety of our products outside our control we do not accept Returns nor provide exchanges. Thank you for understanding!

I received damaged bottles, what do I do?
We strive to protect your order during the shipping process but know that “accidents” happen. If you realize that your order has been damaged, please provide proof of damage via a picture of the damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt and submit it to: papasolissauces.com
We will review your submission and replace only the quantity of the damaged product with no additional shipping or product charges. You will be notified via email when your replacement ships, including a tracking number so you can know when to expect delivery If a Refund is preferred, it will be refunded via the payment method used at purchase
My package is lost. What happens now?
We provide you with a Tracking Number via email at the time your order is shipped so you can keep up to date on its journey. If for some reason, you have not received your order 2-3 days after Expected Date of Delivery, contact us at papasolissauce@yahoo.com or call 833-725-7248 to begin an Inquiry Request.
