What are the Costs and Shipping Options Used?

Shipping Costs are determined by the weight and size of the package used for the quantity of your order. Presently, our production process confines us to glass containers which effects the shipping costs. We use USPS and UPS Ground services, as these are the most cost effective and ship anywhere in the United States and usually takes 3-5 days depending on shipping address.

Do you offer Free Shipping or Delivery?

We do offer Free Shipping/Free Delivery to those who live within a 50-mile radius of our location as we like the personal connection it enables us to have. We understand that many businesses offer Free Shipping to any location, however, we desire to be transparent with our customers and have not added a Handling Fee or increased our product price to offset the cost of shipping. We only charge what we feel the estimated weight of the package has historically been, which can vary depending upon the amount of material used to protect product during the shipping journey.

I received damaged bottles, what do I do?

We strive to protect your order for and during the shipping process. If an order has been damaged, we ask that you provide a picture of the damaged items to be submitted to papasolissauces@yahoo.com. Once received, we will replace only the quantity damaged with no additional charges.

Returns / Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns nor provide exchanges as our products are food items and cannot guarantee the safety of our product outside our control.

My package is lost.What happens now?

We provide a Tracking Number at the time your order is shipped so you can keep up to date on its journey. If for some reason, you have not received your order 2-3 days after Expected Date of Delivery, contact us at papasolissauce@yahoo.com or call 833-725-7248 to begin an Inquiry Request.

Order Process and Local Delivery Times

The time to process your order usually is same day depending on time of day. However, we reserve the right to process it the next day to meet our needs. Our local delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and will confirm via email. Please be advised, our drivers do NOT accept cash, or tips and do not carry any money.
